Cancellation and late pick-up policy
If you decide to cancel, you must do so one week prior to the first day of the program. There will be a $50 cancellation fee per child. If a weeks notice is not given prior to cancellation, there will be no refund. Cancellation requests must be sent to: Admin@MagicAcademy.com.au Magic Academy charges a late pick-up fee of $20 per 10 minutes or part thereof where parents are more than 10 minutes late after the end of class.
